The shop is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday, with the bay closed for lunch every day from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM. If the door is locked during business hours, ring the bell and someone will come let you in.
Cannot make it during the day? There is a 24/7 key and fob drop box at the entrance, so a vehicle can be left any hour and it will be picked up when the bay opens. Call first so the crew knows what they are looking at when they get to it. If the vehicle will not drive, say so on the call. Lug Nutz Automotive runs 24 hour towing, and the shop works directly with your insurance company so that side of it is one less thing to chase down yourself.
